Section 905IAC1-40-1. Requirements for catering hall designation

  •    In order to be designated as a catering hall, the permittee shall meet the following requirements:

    (1) Hold a valid 1-way, 2-way, or 3-way restaurant permit.

    (2) Submit a letter to the commission requesting to be designated a catering hall.

    (3) Obtain commission approval of request.
