Section 905IAC1-34-1. Work location

   The commission, pursuant to IC 7.1-3-18-11, may issue a temporary bartender's permit to a person for the purpose of being a bartender at an activity or event for which a temporary permit is issued pursuant to IC 7.1-3-6 or IC 7.1-3-16. The temporary bartender's permit may be issued for no more than the time period covered by the temporary permit. The temporary bartender's permit allows the holder to work only at the location covered by the temporary permit.
