Section 905IAC1-14-2. Time and place of hearing; notice

   The time and place for a hearing on the statement of charges shall be set by the Chairman of the Commission. Thereafter, the local board member named in the statement of charges shall be notified to appear at the time and place set and show cause why he should not be removed. Said notice to appear and a copy of the statement of charges shall be served on the local board member charged by registered mail or by personal service by any member of the Excise State Police or deputy of the Commission at least five days before the day set for said appearance.
