Section 876IAC7-2-10. Facilities

Latest version.

   (a) Courses shall be taught in a facility with adequate:

(1) space;

(2) seating;

(3) equipment; and

(4) instructional material;

to accommodate the number of students enrolled.

  (b) The premises, equipment, and facilities shall comply with all:

(1) local;

(2) city;

(3) county;

(4) state; and

(5) federal;

regulations, such as fire, building, and sanitation codes and accessibility for the disabled.
