Section 876IAC8-1-6. Termination of association with broker company; disposition of listings

Any broker, upon termination of the broker's association with a broker company, shall turn over to the broker company any listings obtained during the broker's association unless otherwise stipulated by a written contract. The listings shall remain the property of the broker company.
