Section 876IAC6-5-2. Requirements concerning recruiting

   (a) The school shall distribute the following statement in writing to each student at the beginning session of the course: "No recruiting for employment or association opportunities for any real estate broker is allowed in this class. You may report any effort to recruit to (name of school director) at (telephone number and/or office address) or the Indiana real estate commission.".

  (b) Before beginning any duties on behalf of the school, all employees, including instructors, shall be required to sign a nonrecruiting agreement, on a form obtained from the commission, agreeing not to violate section 1 of this rule. The nonrecruitment agreement shall be retained by the school and available to the commission upon request.
