Section 876IAC3-2-1. Licenses issued by the board

   (a) There shall be three (3) licenses issued by the board, specifically, the following:

(1) Indiana licensed trainee appraiser.

(2) Indiana certified residential appraiser.

(3) Indiana certified general appraiser.

  (b) Indiana licensed residential appraiser licenses issued before January 1, 2008, continue to remain in effect after December 31, 2007, as long as renewed as required by law and subject to the disciplinary process.
