Section 868IAC1.1-2-1. Election of officers

At least annually, and ordinarily at the July meeting, a chair and vice-chair shall be elected by the board by a simple majority for a term of one (1) year. Officers may be re-elected to serve for more than one term. If an officer cannot complete a term, the vacancy shall be filled at the next meeting of the board.
