Section 868IAC1.1-14-1. Costs in disciplinary actions

  •    Persons who have been subjected to disciplinary sanctions by the board of examiners in psychology shall be responsible for the payment of costs of such disciplinary proceedings including, but not limited to, costs for:

    (1) court reporters;

    (2) transcriptions;

    (3) certifications; notarizations;

    (4) photoduplication;

    (5) witness attendance and mileage fees;

    (6) postage for mailings required by law;

    (7) expert witnesses;

    (8) depositions.
