Section 865IAC1-5-2. Land surveyor applicant

Latest version.

A land surveyor:

(1) registered in another state;

(2) making application for registration in Indiana; and

(3) otherwise qualified;

shall be assigned Part IIB of the land surveyor examination as described in 865 IAC 1-4-3.
