Section 860IAC2-1-3. Valid use of registration

A registered apprentice plumber may not use the registration to perform as an apprentice plumber at any time while he is not learning the plumbing trade as defined by the commission and while he is not under the direction and immediate supervision of a licensed plumbing contractor or a licensed journeyman plumber.
