Section 856IAC7-6-2. Privacy protocols and policy

(a) An entity that runs a take back program shall be responsible for providing documented policies and procedures that outline how they protect patient privacy consistent with state and federal laws. This policy shall be documented and be a part of the larger set of policies and procedures made available for board inspection.
