Section 856IAC2-3-35. Additional security controls for practitioners

Other security controls for practitioners. (a) The registrant shall not employ as an agent or employee who has access to controlled substances any person who has had an application for registration denied, or has had his registration revoked, or has been convicted of a violation of State or Federal law relative to the manufacture, distribution, dispensing or possession of controlled substances.
(b) The registrant shall notify the Indiana Board of Pharmacy of the theft or significant loss of any controlled substances upon discovery of such loss or theft.
