Section 856IAC2-3-18. Inspection and review of application by board

Administrative review generally. The Indiana Board of Pharmacy may inspect, or cause to be inspected, the establishment of an applicant or registrant, pursuant to IC 1971, 35-24.1-5-2 [Repealed by Acts 1976, P.L.148, SECTION 24; Acts 1977, P.L.26, SECTION 25. See IC 35-48.] as amended. The Indiana Board of Pharmacy shall review the application for registration and other information regarding an applicant in order to determine whether the applicable standards of IC 1971, 35-24.1-3 [Repealed by Acts 1976, P.L.148, SECTION 24; Acts 1977, P.L.26, SECTION 25. See IC 35-48.] as amended, have been met by the applicant.
