Section 856IAC2-1-4. Duties of officers

   Duties of Officers. The chairman of the committee, or the vice-chairman in the absence of the chairman, shall preside at all meetings of the committee. In addition, the chairman or his designee shall preside over all hearings conducted by the committee on behalf of the Board.

  The secretary of the committee shall be responsible for keeping the minutes of all meetings and he shall further be charged with the responsibility of assuring that a complete and accurate record is made of all hearings conducted before the committee. To this end, he may, with the consent of the Board, arrange for the attendance of such stenographers or court reporters as are necessary for the recording of such hearings.
