Section 856IAC2-1-3. Meetings; organization

   Meetings and Organization. The controlled substances advisory committee shall meet not later than sixty (60) days after the appointment of their entire membership and thereafter shall meet upon the request of the Board. The committees shall select, from among their members, a chairman, vice-chairman, and secretary who shall serve terms of one year from the date of selection. In any case in which a committee officer shall be unable to serve a full term, the committee shall select another to serve in his own right a full term.
