Section 856IAC1-30-5. "Qualified pharmacist" defined

   As used in this rule, "qualifying pharmacist" means a licensed pharmacist, identified in the policy and procedure manual, required by section 7 of this rule, as responsible for the preparation of the sterile pharmaceuticals, in compliance with the policy and procedure manual and the applicable laws governing the practice of pharmacy in Indiana.
