Section 856IAC1-13-4. Record of hours open without a pharmacist on duty

   The pharmacist shall maintain a record stating any hours that the pharmacy has been open for business without having a pharmacist on duty if those hours vary from the hours listed in the application under section 3(c) of this rule. Entries in this written record shall be made in ink of the time the pharmacist is absent. The written record shall be maintained in the pharmacy and shall be available for examination by members of the board or their inspectors for a period of not less than two (2) years from the date of the last entry in the record.
