Section 856IAC3-2-6. Termination of licensure; transfer of license

  •    (a) The license of any person shall terminate if and when such person dies or ceases legal existence. Any licensee who ceases legal existence or discontinues business shall notify the board within ten (10) days of such fact in writing.

      (b) No license or any authority conferred thereby shall be assigned or otherwise transferred except to the extent allowed by IC 25-26-14-15, and then only pursuant to the written consent of the board.
