Section 845IAC1-5-2.1. Reporting continuing education credit; audit

  •   1. (a) The licensee shall provide the board with a sworn statement signed by the licensee that the licensee has fulfilled the continuing education requirements required by the board.

      (b) The licensee shall retain copies of certificates of completion for continuing education courses for three (3) years from the end of the licensing period for which the continuing education applied. The licensee shall provide the board with copies of the certificates of completion upon the board's request for a compliance audit.

      (c) Every two (2) years the board shall randomly audit for compliance more than one percent (1%) but less than ten percent (10%) of the licensees required to take continuing education courses.
