  •    A physician shall not utilize, prescribe, order, dispense, administer, supply, sell, or give any amphetamine, sympathomimetic amine drug or compound designated as a Schedule II controlled substance pursuant to the provisions of IC 35-48-2-6 to any person for purposes of weight reduction or for control in the treatment of obesity.
