Section 844IAC4-6-10. Probation, suspension, or revocation

  •    The willful performance of an act likely to deceive or harm the public shall include, but not be limited to, the following acts:

    (1) Aiding or abetting a person to practice medicine without a license.

    (2) Presigning prescriptions.

    (3) Prescribing or administering a drug for other than generally accepted therapeutic purposes.

    (4) Negligence in the practice of medicine.

    (5) False, deceptive, or misleading advertising.

    (6) Fraudulent practice of billing a patient or third party payer for services not rendered.
