Section 844IAC13-5-3. Responsibility for employees

   An acupuncturist shall be responsible for the conduct of each and every person employed by the acupuncturist for every action or failure to act by the employee or employees in the course of the employee's relationship with the acupuncturist, provided, however, that an acupuncturist shall not be responsible for the action of persons he or she may employ whose employment by the acupuncturist does not relate directly to the acupuncturist's practice of acupuncture.
