Section 844IAC13-4-3. Certification renewal for acupuncture detoxification specialist

(a) A renewal application shall be submitted to the bureau on or before September 30 of each even-numbered year on a form provided by the bureau. The application shall be accompanied by the renewal fee required by 844 IAC 13-2-6.

(b) A person who holds a certification as an ADS must renew biennially as required by IC 25-2.5-2-5.
