Section 844IAC5-5-2. Application of rule

Latest version.

Except as provided in section 15 of this rule, this rule does not apply to:

(1) local anesthesia;

(2) topical anesthesia;

(3) superficial nerve blocks; or

(4) minimal sedation/anxiolysis.
