Section 844IAC2.2-1.1-9. "Local anesthesia" defined

For purposes of IC 25-27.5, "local anesthesia" means a transient and reversible loss of sensation in a circumscribed portion of the body produced by a local anesthetic agent or by cooling a circumscribed area of the skin.
