With regard to environmental management, the HFA or RCA shall plan, implement, and evaluate a program of environmental services that does the following:
(1) Ensures that the health facility, its equipment, and its grounds are maintained in a way that protects the health, safety, and welfare, and rights of:
(A) residents;
(B) families;
(C) staff; and
(D) others.
(2) Provides a clean and attractive home-like environment for the residents.
