Section 830IAC1-2-1. Application procedures and qualifications

(a) An applicant for certification as a dietitian shall make application therefore in writing on forms provided by the board and shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the board that the qualifying requirements have been met as provided for in IC 25-14.5-4-1 and this title.
(b) Applicants for certification must pass an exam administered under the auspices of the commission on dietetic registration.
(c) All applicants shall have completed a supervised dietetics practice experience of not less than nine hundred (900) clock hours under the supervision of a certified dietitian or registered dietitian.
(d) No application for certification will be considered until requested supporting documents and fees have been received by the board.
