Section 828IAC4-3-7. Licensed dentist in charge

A mobile dental facility or portable dental operation shall at all times be in the charge of a dentist licensed to practice dentistry in Indiana. A dentist licensed to practice dentistry in Indiana shall be present at all times that clinical services are rendered.
