Section 828IAC0.5-1-9. "Light parenteral conscious sedation" defined

"Light parenteral conscious sedation" means a minimally depressed level of consciousness, under which an individual retains the ability to independently and continuously maintain an airway and respond appropriately to physical stimulation and verbal command, produced by an intravenous pharmacological method.
