Section 824IAC2-1-5. "Nonstorage grain" defined

"Nonstorage grain" means grain received temporarily into a warehouse for cleaning, conditioning, extruding, or other custom work, against which no receipts are issued, no storage charges are assessed, and the grain or its byproduct is to be returned to the person who delivered it. Nonstorage grain does not refer to grain bank grain.
