Rule 824IAC2-8. Grain Bank and Stored Grain |
Section 824IAC2-8-2. Stored grain

(a) Title to grain delivered to a licensee for storage shall remain with the depositor.
(b) The licensee shall keep current and accurate records of all grain deposited for storage. Such grain records shall contain the following:
(1) Names of the depositors.
(2) Address of the depositors.
(3) Type, quality, and grade of grain deposited.
(4) Current and accurate accounting of increases and decreases to the balance on hand.
(5) Dates of transactions.
(6) Any other pertinent information important to the licensee or requested by the director.
(c) Licensees shall post, in a conspicuous place, the charges to be assessed for stored grain.
