Section 820IAC5-1-26. Limiting exposure

   Each customer shall be limited to less than or equal to the maximum exposure time recommended by the manufacturer of the sunlamp product. However, in no event shall exposure at a tanning facility be allowed for more than the manufacturer's recommended exposure time for a given skin type in any twenty-four (24) hour period.
