Section 820IAC5-1-26. Limiting exposure

  •    Each customer shall be limited to less than or equal to the maximum exposure time recommended by the manufacturer of the sunlamp product. However, in no event shall exposure at a tanning facility be allowed for more than the manufacturer's recommended exposure time for a given skin type in any twenty-four (24) hour period.
