Section 820IAC5-1-12. "Sunlamp product" defined

  •    As used in this rule, "sunlamp product" means any electronic product designed to incorporate one (1) or more ultraviolet lamps and intended for irradiation of any part of the living human body, by ultraviolet radiation with wavelength in air between two hundred (200) and four hundred (400) nanometers, to induce skin tanning.
