Section 820IAC4-3-3. Cosmetology practice prohibited

During school hours, instructors shall not engage in the private or public practice of cosmetology or esthetics. This shall not prohibit instructors from engaging in cosmetology or esthetics for the purpose of practical demonstrations for students.
