Latest version.

The following must be emphasized when teaching auction law:

(1) Local, state, and federal law as it pertains to conducting auctions.

(2) Indiana license law (IC 25-6.1 and 812 IAC).

(3) Sales tax law as it pertains to auctions.

(4) Environmental law and environmental concerns pertaining to auctions or auctioneering.

(5) Procedures for due diligence.
