(a) Course providers are required to survey their students at the end of each course session and/or after the students have taken the state licensing examination.
(b) The survey shall include information regarding:
(1) the quality of instruction;
(2) appropriateness of materials; and
(3) other information that will properly evaluate the course.
(c) Evaluations must be made available for inspection by the commission upon request.
