  •    The Commission is not a commission of arbitration and has no jurisdiction to settle disputes between parties concerning such matters of contract as the rates of commission, the division of commission, and similar matters. The statute requires, to avoid differences between parties that all agreements concerning auctions be reduced to writing at the earliest practical time.
