Section 812IAC1-1-31. Student auctioneers; supervision of practice

The Commission shall grant permission to auctioneer schools accredited by the Private School Accrediting Commission of Indiana, to allow their students, through the duration of the school, to practice and participate in the capacity of an auctioneer, under the supervision of their instructor.
