Section 812IAC1-1-18. Reciprocal license application

All individuals making application for an auctioneer license per reciprocal agreement shall submit with their application a letter of certification from the state board or commission of their state of domicile, certifying that they are duly licensed in said state, stating their residency, date of issuance and expiration of license.
