Section 812IAC1-1-16. Change of licensee address or business or trade name; notice

Latest version.

All licensees shall notify the commission in writing within ten (10) days of the following:

(1) Change of address.

(2) Change of business or trade name.

(3) For auction companies, change of ownership as described in section 16.1 of this rule.
