Section 80IAC7-1-41. "Solicitation" defined

Latest version.

"Solicitation" means:

(1) rallies, demonstrations, or protests, or all, in support for; or

(2) the act of soliciting, urging, enticing, or otherwise seeking to obtain through offers, suggestions, or incentives in support of;
