Section 80IAC4-2-9. Expenses for enforcement

(a) Any and all costs associated with the enforcement of this rule include, but are not limited to, the cost of towing which shall be passed on to the owner or operator of the vehicle.

(b) No vehicle will be released to the owner or operator until such time as all expenses and fees to move the vehicle have been fully paid.
