Section 80IAC2-1-14. "Subcontractor" defined

"Subcontractor" means any person entering into a contract with a contractor to furnish labor, labor and materials, or materialmen as their respective interest may appear under IC 5-16-5 or IC 5-16-5.5 used in the actual construction of a commission works project.
