Section 80IAC2-4-2. Qualifications of prospective contractors

All persons desiring to perform professional services relating to a commission works project must be registered and certified by the state of Indiana, public works certification board, in accordance with the provisions of IC 4-13.6-4. Proof of such registry or certification must be included with any bid or quotation submitted in response to any form of an invitation to bid issued by the commission.
