Section 760IAC2-2-4. "Home health care services" defined

Latest version.

"Home health care services" means medical and nonmedical services provided to ill, disabled, or infirm persons in their residences. Such services may include, but are not limited to, the following:

(1) Home health nursing services.

(2) Home health aide services.

(3) Homemaker services.

(4) Assistance with activities of daily living.

(5) Respite care services.
