  •    Other Than Indiana Domestic Insurers. A life insurance company incorporated under the laws of any state or jurisdiction other than this state and authorized to do business in this state may be authorized to issue or deliver in this state Class I(c) Contracts only if authorized to issue such contracts under the laws of its domicile and the rules, regulations or other similar promulgations of the Insurance Department or similar regulatory agency of its home state.
