Section 760IAC1-68-10. Financial condition

Each MEWA shall maintain a minimum fund balance of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). A MEWA that provides coverage for dental and/or vision, or both, services only shall maintain a minimum fund balance of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000).
