Section 760IAC1-67-1. Applicability and scope

(a) This rule applies to nonpublic personal financial information about individuals who obtain or are claimants or beneficiaries of products or services primarily for personal, family, or household purposes from licensees of the department of insurance.

(b) This rule does not apply to information about companies or about individuals who:

(1) obtain products or services for business, commercial, or agricultural purposes; or

(2) are claiming benefits under a policy described in subsection (1).
