Section 760IAC1-56-2. Purpose

The purpose of this rule is to set forth rules and procedural requirements which the commissioner of the department of insurance deems necessary to carry out the provisions of IC 27-6-10. The actions and information required by this rule are hereby declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of the ceding insurers in this state.
